Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is musical ability. I love mum's comment on Charlotte-Rose's video. Such a small statement yet so many important points.
Practice is coming together. It does, but it has to start off in small sections not together. Each part needs working on , some more than others, but it does come together. In the end the only way to practise is to bring it together - slowly.
This is sounding better each day now. Yes! This is the important part 'each day' It has to become better each day, a small amount at a time, it is the only way to make it happen.
Every single issue you correct will make your performance sound better. Playing from the top to the bottom does not help your music get better. Focus on the small things, slips, pauses, timing and if you do this like Charlotte-Rose is doing, you will improve.
Success, ability and talent are the results of lots and lots of small steps.
