The benefits of singing:

1. Singing gives the body vibrations that increase our vitality


2. While singing, the human brain produces special chemicals which help us feel calm and joyful


3. Singing improves blood circulation, which has a beneficial effect on the vocal chords, tonsils and many lymph nodes, meaning it significantly boosts local immunity (in other words, colds are rare)


4. Improving bleeding while singing activates brain work: it starts to work more intensively, memory improves, and all information is easier to absorb.


5. Improving the bleeding of the whole head rejuvenates the body, improves skin condition.


6. Singing is very useful for lung diseases, because it not only replaces breathing exercises, but it also promotes the development of the chest, breathing well, which significantly reduces the number of congestions.


7. Regular participation in choral activities raises the levels of immunoglobulin A and hydrocortizone in the body, which is a sign of good immunity. This is why experts recommend singing for at least 5 minutes a day, which is equivalent to exercising
